About the Author
I’ve been batch cooking for over 10 years and have used this skill to support myself and my family through a university budget, demanding work hours, working out of the home, my Mom's cancer journey, miscarriage, pregnancy and postpartum.
My name is Olivia Ward but you can call me Liv. I recently became a mama to my sweet little girl, Quinn. While I was pregnant, I felt inspired to put together a resource to teach you how to make the most nourishing meals for every season of life, including conception, pregnancy, postpartum and the evolution of parenthood. As a holistic nutritional consultant & energetic practitioner, I would often hear the frustrations of families always having to cook amongst busy schedules, not knowing what to make, the rising costs of food and how much they were spending on eating out while often feeling depleted. On top of that I was supporting myself and clients nutritionally on their journeys towards becoming parents and in the postpartum recovery period. I was seeing a huge gap in knowing how to support their bodies nutritionally or feeling overwhelmed by the time it would take to prepare some of these supportive foods. So, I combined my love for batch cooking with the intentionality of focusing on foods to support fertility, postpartum recovery and busy families so that your freezer can be stocked to support you through these sacred and demanding seasons of life.
